To conclude, our last stop will be “The Trapiche”, one of the most important treasures that has been left to the Orosi Valley, besides the Colonial Church and the Ujarras Ruins Church. The Trapiche is another of the hidden jewels that still does not receive a lot of visitors, however it is important to preserve it. The Trapiche is used for the processing of sugar cane by means of machinery that is often antiquated. The cane is squeezed, obtaining a juice that will be processed, with the end product a sweet drink that is sure tol make anyone's mouth water.
